What Submer delivers

Every pillar exists to put the same thing into production: infrastructure that AI and HPC workloads can actually run on. Take one, or take all five from one party.

01

Advisory

Guidance across the whole lifecycle.

It starts with an honest read of what a site can carry: whether an existing facility is ready for AI-grade power and cooling, and what it would take to get there. From that, the cooling approach, the power architecture and the site layout are chosen before anything is committed.

The expensive decisions are the early ones. This is where Submer is in the room.

What you get

  • Feasibility study. Establishes whether a site or a programme is viable, and on what timeline.
  • Infrastructure assessment. Establishes what an existing facility can carry and what it would take to reach AI-grade density.
  • Total cost of ownership analysis. Establishes what the whole system costs to build and to run, not what the equipment costs to buy.

Advisory output feeds directly into Design & Build. Nothing is re-specified.

02

Design & Build

Engineered for density. Deployed at speed.

Detailed engineering, then civil works and prefabricated modules, then installation of power distribution, cooling and racks as one coordinated build. Systems are tested at full load before compute arrives, brought live in stages, and handed over with the documentation and digital twin needed to run them.

Support continues after go-live. Handover is a milestone, not an exit.

What you get

  • Detailed engineering and civil works.
  • Prefabricated modules.
  • Coordinated installation of power, cooling and racks.
  • Full-load testing before compute.
  • Staged commissioning.
  • Documentation and digital twin at handover.

Sits between Advisory and Power Solutions, and carries the decisions taken in both.

03

Power Solutions

Density and speed, delivered in blocks.

Access to power is the constraint this market names first. Prefabricated power and cooling modules drop into a purpose-built facility, containerised units provide standalone capacity, and interconnecting blocks scale from a single cluster to a campus.

Modular capacity is built out in nine months from order to delivery.

What you get

  • Prefabricated power and cooling modules.
  • Containerised standalone capacity.
  • Interconnecting blocks that scale to campus.
  • Nine months from order to delivery for modular capacity.

Defines the envelope that Thermal Solutions is designed against.

04

Thermal Solutions

The thermal foundation for high-density AI and HPC.

Heat is captured at the chip, moved out of the white space, then rejected to ambient or sent to a reuse offtake. Immersion, direct-to-chip and hybrid approaches are selected to suit the facility and the climate rather than a single house preference.

Twelve years of this in production, not in pilot.

What you get

  • Chip-level heat capture.
  • Immersion, direct-to-chip and hybrid approaches.
  • Heat rejection or reuse offtake.
  • Designs selected for the climate the facility actually sits in.

Determines the density IT Integration can be handed.

05

IT Integration

Compute installed, connected, working.

Hardware, network and software integrated on site and handed over as a working environment rather than as a delivery of equipment. Capacity is placed close to where it is consumed and governed, so the compute is usable on day one.

What you get

  • On-site hardware, network and software integration.
  • Capacity placed close to consumption and governance.
  • Handover as a working environment, not a delivery.

The top of the stack. Everything below it was designed to carry this.
