The EU Pilot
The EU PILOT Project aims to create a powerful European computer system for high-performance tasks and artificial intelligence. The European PILOT will deliver the first All-European open source and open standard based software and hardware integrated HPC system by creating an autonomous set of accelerators designed, implemented, manufactured, and deployed in Europe.
The European PILOT project’s overall goal is to demonstrate European technology by achieving the following objectives:
- Extend open source to include open source hardware for HPC Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.
- Software/hardware co-design for improved application performance and system energy efficiency
- HPC and HPDA applications
- System software
- Stimulate European collaboration
- Combine industry-standard methodology and cutting-edge research to accelerate exploitation
How Submer participates in the proyect?
Project will produce accelerator chips (VEC and MLS) installed into standard accelerators boards. Those will be hosted in ORV3 Servers. The combined host plus accelerators are deployed in Submer Immersion Cooling Pods.
