A Support Request may be initiated at any time via our ticketing service available online.
Create TicketAccess to our ticketing service will be provided by our Customer Support team once an order is placed. If you do not have access to our ticketing system and have placed an order, please send us a request at support@submer.com.
Please be ready to provide us with your organization’s name and respective delivery contract (e.g. Statement of Work) or Sales Order or Purchase Order reference as well as your contact details for us to address your customer care request properly:
- Your first and last name
- Name of your organization
- Country
- Contact telephone number where you can be reached
- Email address
- Location related to your customer care request (or incident)
- Description of the incident and other details that may be relevant; please also be prepared to provide serial numbers for defective equipments and/or third-party products as applicable.
